High Alumina Brick Is a Kind Of Neutral Refractory With Alumina Content Above 48%. It Is Formed By Shaping And Calcining Bauxite Or Other Raw Materials With High Alumina Content. High Thermal Stability And Fire Resistance > 1770 ℃. We Bring Forth High Quality High Alumina Bricks, Which Is Manufactured To Meet The Requirements Of Neutral Refractoriness Where Safe Working Temperature > 1300 ℃. We Offer High Alumina Bricks In Different Specifications As Per Customer Requirements.
High Alumina Brick Features
1.Refractoriness:
The refractoriness of high aluminum brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750~1790℃, which is a high-grade refractory material.
2.Refractoriness Under Load:
Because the Al2O3 in high aluminum products is high, the impurity is less, the formation of fusible glass body is less, so the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks.
3.Slag Resistance:
There are more Al2O3 in high aluminum bricks, close to neutral refractory materials, which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag.
High Alumina Bricks Application
1.Used for masonry lining of steel making furnaces,glass furnaces ,cement rotary furnaces.
2. Used for blast stoves , electric furnace tops , for hot blast stoves , electric furnace tops ,blast furnaces , reverberatory furnaces ,rotary kiln linings.
3. High alumina bricks can also be processed into open hearth regenerative grid bricks, socket bricks for pouring system, nozzle bricks, etc. according to the requirements of industrial furnaces.
