Silicon Carbide Heating Element Silicon carbon rod is a rod-shaped or tubular non-metallic high-temperature electric heating element made from high-purity silicon carbide as the main raw material, processed into blanks according to a certain material ratio, and sintered by high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200 ℃. The normal operating temperature in an oxidizing atmosphere can reach 1450 ℃, and continuous use can last up to 8000 hours.Silicon carbide heating elements have the advantages of simple and convenient operation, long service life, and wide range of applications.The length can be designed.
