Refractory Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket Board 1260 1360 1400c 1600 1800 Degree

 

Ultra high temperature board and vacuum shaped products is a high temperature insulation

materials are made by different fire-resistant fibers, non-organic and few organic adhesive mixed in

different percentages. Which performs with exceptional stability at high temperatures with its

polycrystalline mullite fiber content, it has a high rupture and compressive strength at room

temperature. The application temperature of these products can be varied from 1500°C to 1800°C.

 

Applications:

· Door of furnaces and Kilns

· The equipment heating insulation and electrical insulation materials

· Glass and enamel

· High-temperature insulation

· Various high-temperature furnaces lining ladle permanent layer,tunnel kilns, roller kilns
