Product Description

ZC-Z30,ZC-Z60 and ZC-MR are made of our own high quality materials though accurate batching process.Different particle sizes are available for various applications.

ZC-Z30 is for the ramming layer beneath the AZS paving blocks in melter,waist etc

ZC-Z60 is used for ports,regenerators and furnace bottom,etc.

ZC-MR is especially for the ramming layer beneath the ZC-M blocks in working-end,channel,etc

PRE-ASSEMBLY

After finishing process,the produces will be assemble and checked in partial individual and overall dimensions.Pre-assembly marks,joint marks and other signs(as per customer’s requirements)will be painted on each individual block according to customer requirements

Packing and delivery

Consider various and complex transportation conditions,all fused cast products are packing following the highest standards with foam boards between every two blocks,corners protected with triangular hard cardboards,multi-strengthened by steel bands,wrapping in plastic film on the outside

For easy location of different materials,packing lists are places both inside and outside packages,and shipping marks are clearly painted on all cases.
