The 350mm/2000mm Automatic Robotic Welding Machine combines base plate welding and CNC door cutting capabilities for light pole manufacturing. This integrated system handles diameters from 120mm to 350mm and lengths up to 14 meters, providing complete automation for pole production.

This welding system is specifically designed for light pole base plate welding production. Through real-time communication between the robot and welding power source, it achieves high-quality welding seams across different positions. The machine automatically welds inner and outer circumferential seams of pole base plates, followed by reinforcing rib welding.

The integrated CNC door cutting function supports conical, round, and octagonal light poles, cutting various shapes including circles, squares, rectangles, and ellipses. Using Hypertherm plasma cutting technology ensures fast cutting speeds and superior edge quality compared to flame cutting.
