Note: Users must utilize crane lifting to guide sheet heads into the leveling unit and provide their own manual plasma cutter.
The process involves two stages: First, the double edge slitting unit removes scrap edges to achieve exact width specifications. Then, the taper slitting unit cuts the steel sheet into two pieces, creating the characteristic one-side-narrow, one-side-wide configuration essential for light pole manufacturing.
We offer three models based on maximum cutting length: Model 6X1800-12 meters (12m max), Model 6X1800-14 meters (14m max), and Model 6X1800-18 meters (18m max).
