CNCS400/12000 CNC Pole Shut Welding Machine is a full-automatic longitudinal straight seam welding machine specially designed for conical round light poles and octagonal light poles. Adopting full CNC and full servo control, non-hydraulic structure and advanced Pulse MIG welding system, this equipment realizes automatic clamping, self-adaptive taper adjustment and integrated straight seam welding for long light poles.
No welding deformation, no burn-through, ultra-low spatter and no manual repair welding required, ideal automated equipment for mass production of municipal street light poles.
