This bevel cutting machine operates on rolling shearing principles with two processing steps:
- Step 1: Cut scrap edges from hot-rolled steel to achieve exact width and clean edges for optimal light pole seam welding
- Step 2: Perform taper cutting to produce steel plates with one side larger and one side smaller width
Dolly systems control both straight cutting (front unit) and taper cutting degree (rear unit) by adjusting base positions.
Operators measure and mark sheets, then use stopper positions on the dolly to control taper slitting range precisely.
The machine operates at 12 m/min, producing two pole materials per minute for high-volume manufacturing.
