Application & Operation
This industrial drilling machine is specifically designed for efficient processing of light pole top fixing holes. The automated system handles the complete drilling sequence with minimal operator intervention.
Automated Workflow:
- Position the light pole on the machine - top stop controls distance to first holes
- Single button activation initiates pneumatic clamping system
- 3 or 4 drilling heads complete first set of holes simultaneously
- Automatic repositioning for subsequent hole sets
- Complete cycle finishes with drill heads returning to original position
The machine features dual installation locations with configurable 3 or 4 power heads for uniform hole distribution. Customers can select between 6 or 8 hole configurations based on specific requirements.
