The equipment frame is constructed from A3 steel plate with aging treatment, featuring a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower). The lower rollers utilize a fixed structure while the upper roller employs slider movement adjustment. Three sets of turbine box drives, powered by motors, enable synchronized upper and lower adjustment through connecting rods. Three independent wall plates are connected by shafts to ensure complete machine parallelism. The roller shaft diameter measures 110mm. Left and right sides feature two sets of molds for inner and outer arcs, driven by a 15KW main motor through a ZQ500 reducer and gear transmission system with 10m module gears.
