Hydraulic System Operation
The advanced hydraulic system features an IGP5-H063 axial plunger pump delivering 63 L/min flow rate with maximum system pressure of 25 MPa. The accumulator provides approximately 8 MPa pressure for the return stroke. The system utilizes a combined valve assembly with magnetic directional control for precise operation sequencing, ensuring smooth hold-down cylinder and upper blade beam actuation.
Operation begins when the electromagnetic directional valve activates, building system pressure to overcome return forces. The upper blade beam then moves downward, with the hold-down cylinder and cutting action occurring in sequence. Upon reaching the bottom dead point, the limit switch triggers valve reset and system unloading, while the accumulator facilitates rapid blade return.
