This industrial galvanizing plant features automated pipe dipping and withdrawal processes with star wheel dipping technology for flexible timing control. The system utilizes long lancer plug inner blowing for pipes above 1" diameter, improving coating quality while reducing steam consumption and zinc powder generation.

The complete galvanizing process includes acid pickling, double flux coating, drying, zinc dipping, excess zinc wiping, quenching, and final treatment.
