• Release latches and open the front cover

For optimal battery performance, use 8 lithium AA or alkaline AA batteries. The camera features 8 battery slots accessible by opening the side latches.

Connect an external 6V DC power source to the DC In jack (minimum 1000mA current output recommended). Ensure correct polarity connection.

The camera includes 32MB internal memory for firmware upgrades. For regular operation, insert an SD card (OFF mode required) with maximum supported capacity of 32GB.

Access the Format parameter in SETUP mode menu. Navigate using RIGHT/LEFT keys, highlight YES with UP/DOWN keys, and press OK to confirm formatting.

Safe mode for battery replacement, SD card changes, transportation, and USB connection to computers for file transfer.

Automatic operation mode where camera captures photos/videos when triggered by PIR sensor detection. Manual controls are disabled in this mode.

Configuration mode with LCD display for checking and adjusting camera settings. Use shortcut keys for parameter adjustments.
