Liquid Filter Bag
Filter bags are manufactured for optimum filtration performance. They are made from selected developed industries specification media.
Varoius type of media available, such as needle felt, mono-filament and multi-filament. They are effective in removing solid particles from liquid where large volume of contamination are present or high viscoscity fuilds must be filtered. They offer an effective solution to many filtration application.
Media Classfication
Polypropylene Felt :
This non-woven material is our popular workhorse. Polypropylene offers excellent chemical resistance. Its cost effectiveness makes it ideal for application up to 200oF (93oC). This felt material come plain ( untreated felt ), or glazed ( high heat applied to exterior surface fibers ).
Polypropylene Mesh
Polypropylene mono filament mesh has better acid resistance then nylon and is more cost effective for temperature up to 200oF (93oC)
Polyester Felt
Polyester has a hgher melting point temperature than polypropylene making it ideal for hot oil and other applications up to 300oF (148oC). This felt material come plain ( untreated felt ), or glazed ( high heat applied to exterior surface fibers ).
Polyester Mesh
This is popular multi-filament mesh us low cost and ideal for removing particles too large for felt material.
Nylon Mesh
This mono-filament mesh is a woven material in which each thread is a single filament. This material strength enables it to be used in a variety of different application.
