Troubleshooting and Solutions

A. Partial or whole system is no power when power-on

Check the plug and wire to make sure no connection problem. Check the fuse of the control board to make sure no damage.

B. No flap opens and no reaction after input of the open signal

Check the indicator of the control board and make sure it can receive the open signal. Make sure the open signal wire is connected and no damage to the fuse.
