The DZ201 intelligent barrier gate is one type of our company’s products with the latest technological design to realize automatic and intelligent operation. Furthermore, the unique clutch device and the balance device have made the barrier gate become more reliable.

Mechanical adjustment and usage

1. When the barrier is at the up limit position

1.1 If the boom is not vertical, as figure 7 shows.

A. Adjust the shock absorption screw1 to reduce the pressure of the shock absorption cushion, after this operation, if it is vertical, then screw tight the screw, if not, then repeat the operation.

B. Loosen the screws on the end of the connecting rod, adjust the connecting rod to make the boom vertical, then fix the boom.

1.2 The boom vibrates too much

Rotate the balance spring screw clockwise to increase the tension of the spring.
