Travel limit switch adjustment
1.The limit shade batch which is close to the clutch is the up limit shade batch. When the boom is at its horizontal position, the limit shade batch is downwards and is vertical to the boom. When the limit shade batch operates to the center of the slot, this is the up limit state, and the indicator turns green, adjust the boom to be well balanced.
2.The limit shade batch which closes to the boom is the down limit shade batch. When the boom is at its vertical position and the limit shade batch is upwards and is vertical to the boom when the limit shade batch operates to the center of the slot, the indicator turns red; the boom is at its down limit state. Adjust the boom to be well horizontal.
