Flap Barrier Troubleshooting and Solutions

A. Flaps don’t stop in the limit position when open or close.

It might be the malfunction of limit switch, the loose or displacement of the limited switch can’t sense the flap to the limit position. User can adjust the position of the limited switch to renovate.

B: Single wing opens or both wings opens, and alarming” didi”.

Single wing opens, check the control board of the abnormal side, whether the switch protection is on, the fuse burn out or not. Switch power is abnormal or not.

If both wings open, check the power supply in the main motor side is normal or not, whether the switch protection is on, the fuse burn out or not, switch power is normal or not.

C. Flaps don’t open after power-off

Check the back-up batteries (lead-acid batteries) connection and voltage.
