It is suitable for capsule, tablet, big honey pill, candy, liquid (ointment), paste, syringe as well as irregular shape Al-plastic
and paper-plastic composite sealing packing in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc.

Feature
1. Traction drive by servo motor (traction by precision lead screw or rubber press roller), with precise synchronization. The
length of travel range can be set in man-machine interface.
2. Equipped with eye marking system, the background of printed pattern is uniform and looks pleasant.
3. Available for alu-plastic (hot forming) and alu-alu (cold forming), only change mould and feeder for alu-alu packing.
4. Various types of feeder solve the difficulty for irregular shape products packing.
5. Five stations forming, heat-sealing, batch number embossing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt gear mandrel
orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotate the hand wheel, easy to adjust and accurately.
6. Newly mould orientation device speed up the mould changing requirement.
7. Equipped with plexiglass cover: the operation area is isolated with transmission organ, avoids pollution, easy for clean.
8. Apply online detection and ejection system, and the camera detection system can be chosen for option.

Q: Are you a real factory/manufacturer?
A: Of course. Our factory is inspected by third party. We much welcome you to visit us and free to pick you up form hotel. You don't have time? We can use live video and you can visit us on line.

Q: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
A: Yes, we can send engineers to your factory but all the fee will be on buyers. In order to save your cost, we will send you a video of full details machine installation and assist you till the end.

Q: How can we make sure about the machine quality after placing the order?
A: Before delivery, we will running half hour of the machine to checking the stability and sending you the testing video until you sastisfy. We will setting all the parameters well. And also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in China.
