The difference with the common centrifugal pump
1. The inlet of the common centrifugal pump is front of the casing. The inlet of the ZJSP pump in the behind of the casing, the direction is the same as the drive shaft. The advantage of this structure as below:
1.) the inlet is in the negative pressure when the pump is working, so the shaft seal will not leak. To lower the request of the shaft seal.
2.) the motor shaft will not be bounced as for the different pressure of the outlet to rub the casing by the impeller.
2. The common centrifugal pump’s shaft seal is using mechanical seal.
ZJSP is using the lip seal.The advantage of this structure as below:
1.) the seal will not be broken by the engine race.
2.) the seal will not be broken by the liquid with particle.
3.) it’s easy to change the seal.
4.) the cost of the seal is only 20% of the mechanical seal.
5.) the seal is much easier to be clean than mechanical seal.
