Working Principle
The machine operates through vibration-driven product movement. Products pass through the regulating valve below the material container, moving forward in sequence and falling into counting tunnels. When products reach raster holes, the counting photoelectric sensor generates pulse signals for counting. These signals are grouped into left and right channels, accumulated, and sent to the PLC controller. Once the preset quantity is reached, the flashboard closes automatically.
Simultaneously, the bottle to be filled is positioned correctly. The funnel cylinder board opens, allowing the counted products to fall into the bottle. The tunnel then begins another counting cycle while the positioning cylinder opens, sending the filled bottle to the next process. A new bottle is placed under the funnel, initiating a new round of counting and filling operations.
