Purpose
This equipment is widely applied to sugarcoating and membrane coating for Chinese/western medicine tablets in pharmaceutical industry as well as the coating for candy pills, chocolates in food industry.

Principle
Inside totally-enclosed clean rotary screen mesh roller, tablet cores move continuously according to complicated track under the action of deflector type stirring paddle. According to parameters and procedures of set process, coating media are automatically sprayed onto the surface of tablet cores (adopt dripping technique for sugarcoat media)through spray gun atomization via automatic control of PLC programmable controller. Meanwhile, the clean hot air supplied by hot air cabinet penetrates tablet cores, and is discharged by air suction device via the mesh holes on the bottom of roller to dry tablet core membranes quickly and evenly, and form solid smooth surface coating.
