Chemical Solid Drinks Granulating Machine Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator
FL Fluid Bed Granulator Dryer is widely used for making powder materials to granules, and drying powder and granule materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and pesticide industry. It has the following features:
1. This machine belongs to fluidized drying, heat mass is transferred quickly and drying speed is fast.
2. The work state in the machine is in negative pressure condition, there is no dust flying during drying process.
3. The bag filter is multi-bag type and made of anti-static material, operation is safe.
4. No dead corner, easy to clean. It confirms to the requirements of GMP.
5. Control system is made up of touch screen, PLC, inverter and temperature controller. It adopts PID technology to control the inlet air temperature exactly. Measure and display outlet air temperature all the time so that we can control the drying process effectively.

Work principle
The filtered and heated air enters fluid bed chamber from air distributing plate, which makes the powder or granule materials form a fluidized state due to the push of the air and its own gravity. Hot air and material contact fully and after the heat exchange, moisture in material is evaporated, and then the evaporated moisture is volatilized by the exhaust air out of the machine.
