Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light? What's the MOQ?
A: Sure, we accept sample order to test and check quality. MOQ of most product is 1 piece or 1 set.

Q2. When you ship my order?
A: Normally 3-7days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule,7 to 25 working days for bulk order.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Airline, land trasnport or sea shipping are optional. Usually small order will be sent by air shipping, for example DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.

Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Color box can be customized.

Q5. Can I customize products?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM service (Package and logo customized service) are available based on your requirements.

Q6: How long for the warranty? How about the after service?
A: We guarantee for 2 years. If you got any problems with the products, please take some photos and contact us, after our confirmation, then we will provide you the best solution for you.

Q7: How do you guarantee the product quality?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. We make CHIPS TEST, AGING TEST, IP TEST, LIGHT TEST, CONSTANT TEMPERATURE TEST for all production batch and orders.

Q8. When can we get a respond from you?

A: All the inquiry can be handled within 24 hour in the daily week.
