Operation Process
Can Loading & Washing
Cans are manually loaded or fed via unpiler onto the feeding conveyor. The system automatically reverses cans 90 degrees, positioning them mouth-downward for thorough internal washing.
Internal Cleaning System
Twelve strategically positioned shower heads spray water inside each can as they pass through the inclined cabinet via gravity feed, ensuring complete internal cleaning.
Post-Wash Handling
After washing, cans are rotated back to upright position and transferred to the filling machine conveyor via manual push force, ready for the next production stage.
