After activation, washed cans travel via conveyor to the filling station. Cans are raised by rotary cam mechanisms to align with filling valves, which inject beverage content. Following complete filling cycles, cans descend and proceed to sealing stations via conveyor systems.

Complete system includes machine frame, base, sealing door, hydraulic cylinders, electromagnetic speed control, liquid piping, motor, pump, feed/exit wheels, conveyor tracks, and 18 precision filling valves.
