Operating Principle
Cans are conveyed to the filler where a dial plate positions them onto can stands. Motor-driven energy moves the stands upward and forward along the principal axis. When cans reach the gas valve opening position, the trigger on the liquid tank opens the valve while the can mouth presses against the filling valve head. CO2 gas is introduced into the cans, and when internal pressure matches the liquid tank pressure, filling begins. Filling completes when the filling head separates from the can mouth, and cans are discharged from the machine.
