The automated system begins when power and juice sources are connected. Cans travel via chain conveyor to the filling station where they're precisely positioned, raised to filling valves, and filled to exact levels. The integrated mixing function ensures uniform juice and pulp distribution before cans proceed to the sealing station for final closure.
Complete system includes machine frame, base, sealing door, hydraulic cylinder, electromagnetic speed control, liquid piping, speed regulator motor, liquid pump, can feed system, conveyor tracks, chain conveyor, and 18 specialized filling valves.
