Working Principle
The homogenizer operates through reciprocating plunger motion, creating high-pressure liquid flow. As materials pass through the homogenization valve's micro-gap, they undergo high-speed impact, grinding, shear, and turbulence forces, achieving fine emulsification and particle size reduction.
