Operation Process
The machine operates by first installing electric heating pipes, then positioning a 5-gallon water barrel upside down above the machine tank. Water flows into a smaller tank where electric heating generates steam through the shrink tunnel outlet. As filled 5-gallon bottles move along the conveyor, operators manually apply PE film to bottle necks. When bottles pass through the shrink machine, steam effectively shrinks the film for secure packaging.
