This linear filling machine utilizes a balanced pressure system where cans travel through conveyor to the filler. The dial plate rotates cans to stands, which move upward along the principal axis. When cans reach the gas valve opening position, CO2 gas is introduced to equalize pressure between the can and liquid tank. The filling valve then opens to fill the can, with precise control maintained throughout the process. The spring-type filling heads ensure no dead angles and prevent dripping.

The complete filling line consists of SUS304 frames, liquid tank, filling heads, can transmission system, and conveyor rail. The machine features electromagnetic speed regulation for precise control and can accommodate different can heights with the same diameter.
