     3 in 1 Alcoholic drink filler is composed of bottle-washing,filling and capping. It absorbs the foreign advanced technology as the foundation. According to our countrys beverage filling craft requirements of wine/pure water/mineral water, etc. to design and create itself with study to form one kind of national advanced level bottled production line. Mainly used in glass bottle filling production, adopt block bottle-neck technology, suit for different bottle just in one machine.

Alcoholic drink filler---Running process

    Empty bottles are sent to filling machine by conveyor belt through the enter bottle screw and the enter

bottle starwheel on the worktable, and pitched in the filling machine upgrade device’s bottle salver. The bottle will be raised by the bottle salver and pressed fold. During the raising process, check on whether there are bottles on the bottle salver. If found bottles, the filling process begin,alcohol will be filled. If none,  the corresponding valve will keep closing. 

    After finish the filling, lower the bottle salver and the used bottles are sent to capper by transmission 

star-wheel on the worktable. The bottles after capping are sent to out bottle conveyor belt by out bottle 

star-wheel.
