Description:

    The one unit main machine includes the washer, dryer, filler and capper for the production of

5 gallon barreled drinking water. The washing process includes alkaline liquid inside and outside

washing by dirty remover! inside and outside washing by disinfecting water inside and outside

washing by pure water, the alkaline and disinfecting water can be used cyclically. The whole

Washing, filling and sealing price is controlled by PC, and has the safe device for interlock,

signal and self-detection.

     Host is consist of frame, water tank, pipe, pump, cylinder, transmission, electrical appliances

and other parts ,which can complete the empty barrels of washing, filling, and capping. Through

multi-channel flushing process, it can fill quantitatively and cap automatically. The whole process

is controlled by computer, so it has stable flushing effect, accurate filling volume, and good sealing

effect.

Application range

Jar filling machine is used for 5 gallon water filling, which is composed of washer, filling and capper.

1.304 stainless steel insert type filling nozzle, two time high precision filling, filling volume adjustable.

2. Water pump: 304 stainless steel pump. three washing pumps and one filling pumps.

3. Mitsubishi PLC controlling system, all full-automatic working, Schneider & Omron brand other electric parts.

4. With AIRTAC brand air cylinder, F.R.L. Combination and Electromagnetism valve for air cylinder.
