Description:

1. The filling machine : used for pure water,mineral water , drinking water filling into PET bottles,

or glass bottles.

2. The water filling machine is sutiable for 300-2000ml PET bottle filling, this machine can realize one

machine different size , just change the different star wheels.

3. The water filling machine capacity can be 12000-15000bph .

4. The water filling machine is Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit.

Running principle:

1. Plastic bottles are delivered by air conveyor to 3 in 1 unit of washing part. The bottle neck will be hold

tightly by clamp to upside down the bottles, which will not damage bottle. Then the bottles are

washed by pumped water.

2. After washing, bottles are rotated by the star-wheels to the filling position. Bottle neck is also

hold tightly by clamp. There is a cam to up and down the bottles to make bottle mouth position

with filling head, and then to realize filling. The filling volume and filling time will be pre-set in PLC.

3.After finish filling, bottles are still rotated by star-wheels to capping position. Here we design a bottle

caps unscrambler and an automatic cap dropping to make the caps drop correctly to bottle mouth.

4.And if the cap is upside down or damaged, the machine will automatically delete the caps. After finish all

actions, bottles are delivered to the packaging line.
