Bottle Rinser

Empty bottles are conveyed to the washer via belt conveyor, processing 4 bottles per cycle. Sensor-controlled cylinders ensure precise positioning, with bottles clamped at neck positions for secure handling. The system features adjustable rinsing time and water capacity for optimal cleaning.

Bottle Filler

Designed for various free-flowing liquids, this component utilizes plunger process control with approach switches to ensure filling accuracy. The linear bottle handling design accommodates different bottle shapes and sizes, including irregular forms. Liquid is pumped to the machine and distributed through 4 nozzles, each equipped with individual flowmeters for precise volume control.

Screw Capper

This automated capping system handles plastic screw caps through integrated cap loading and capping mechanisms. The cap loader can store over 200 caps and features automatic cap orientation with anti-reverse protection to ensure proper cap placement.
