Empty bottles enter through conveyor system, where photoelectric sensors trigger solenoid valves and cylinders to clamp and invert bottles. Pure water pumps spray clean water for 8-second cycles before bottles proceed to filling.
After rinsing, bottles enter filling section where brush barrel cylinders position containers. Bottles are filled while upright on conveyor belt, then proceed to capping station.
Single-head cap screwing mechanism applies caps through cylinder operation. Finished bottles are automatically exported to warehouse area.
