Washing, Filling, Capping 3-in-1 Machine
This high-precision equipment features bottle-neck block technology that prevents secondary contamination and enables filling of different bottle specifications with a single machine. Production capacity ranges from 2,000 to 25,000 bottles per hour. The main machine uses frequency-controlled electric motors for convenient speed adjustment within production capacity range.
Spray Water Sterilization (85°C)
The spray sterilizer applies 85°C water externally to bottles for secondary sterilization. The bottle pouring sterilizer automatically rotates bottles 90° to sterilize the inner cap surface using material temperature, followed by spray cooling.
