The rotary self-adhesive labeling machine can automatically adjust the transmission of containers in and out; the bottles conveyed by the conveyor belt are separated by a certain distance according to the pitch of the star wheels by the bottle dividing screw. Then, the imported star wheels transfer the containers to the containers. On the turntable, after the container is fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold base of the container, the container starts to rotate at a certain speed; the product is mechanically pr-positioned during the rotation of the product; and the cam mechanism is used for positioning and labeling.
When the container of the labeling machine reaches the detection position of the electric eye, the host computer controls the label labeling system to send the label. After completing the labeling action, the label is separated from the backing paper and attached to the product; due to the rotary sticker labeling The machine uses a servo motor to ensure the accuracy and stability of high-speed label feeding and cutting.
The entire process of the rotary self-adhesive labeling machine is as follows: bottle feeding → predetermined position → label feeding → labeling → assisting standard → pressing → completion.
