Monoblock washing-filling-capping machine
Monoblock means the filling machine integrates washing machine, filling machine and capping machine in one frame. The driving system will be transmitted step by step which makes the speed more stable.
We have the filling machine which is used to work for 5 gallon bottle or 3 gallon bottle. There are several types of 5 gallon filling machine for choices including: 100-200BPH, 300BPH, 450BPH, 600BPH, 900BPH, 1200BPH etc;
Features of our gallon water production machine:
1. This barrel water bottling machine specially produces 3&5 gallons barreled drinking water.
2. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically.
