Description of our 2000BPH 5 gallon filling line
2000BPH 5 gallon water filling machine is used to produc bottled water with volume from 3 gallon to 5 gallon. The capacity of this machine is from 2000BPH.
The whole production process are as follows: Firstly, empty barrels are conveyed by conveying belt into decapping machine to remove bottles' caps which can be recycled after being cleaned and disinfected. Secendly barrels are conveyed into the extemal brush washing machine to take all-round rinsing with hot alkali and pure water. After that, barrel will be sent to rinsing filling capping machine to rinsed inside with hot alkali, disinfectant liquid and pure water. Thirdly, these barrels start to fill with water which is provided by water trestment system. At latest, these barrels will be sent to shrink machine. The whole production process is full automatic and controled by PLC so that the users can monitor visually working conditions of each machine section and operate conveniently.

This Barrel water bottling line adopts micro pressure filling that bucket irrigation fluid through the pump to the water, always ensure that the filling process was full of barrels of irrigation fluid state, irrigation fluid barrel top with a pressure sensor, a pressure sensor through the signal into the inverter by inverter control pump motor speed, thus ensuring a constant filling pressure.
