Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System Overview
This industrial-grade reverse osmosis system produces high-purity drinking water through a comprehensive multi-stage filtration process. The 2000LPH monoblock RO system effectively removes contaminants from various water sources.
Water Purification Process
- Raw Water Pump: Provides initial pressure to quartz sand and activated carbon filters
- Multi-Medium Filter: Removes turbidity, suspended matter, organic compounds, and colloids
- Activated Carbon Filter: Eliminates color, free chlorine, organic matter, and harmful substances
- Softener: Exchanges calcium and magnesium ions through ion exchange
- Micron Filter: Prevents large particles, bacteria, and viruses from entering RO membrane (5μm accuracy)
- High Pressure Pump: Generates required pressure for RO membrane operation
