1, Tank structure: the milk refrigeration storage tank and auxiliary equipment have good and sufficient mechanical strength, fully meet the transportation and installation requirements of the equipment, have excellent transportation and safety performance, ensure the fresh-keeping of emulsion, and supply high-quality dairy products to high-quality manufacturers.

2,CIP cleaning function: CIP can be connected to the cleaning machine to realize the cleaning function,which can be rinsed repeatedly to ensure that all inner walls of the tank are well cleaned without dead angle and scale.

3,Tank thermal insulation layer: the thermal insulation layer is formed by pressure injection of foaming material, which is made of polyurethane, with uniform, fine and substantial structure. The thickness of the foaming layer is 50mm, and the thermal insulation performance reaches 24-hour rise and fall temperature ≤ 2 ℃

4,Mixing device: automatic control, start mixing once every 10 minutes for 2 minutes when the machine is shut down for heat preservation; the mixer ensures that the fat in the emulsion can be evenly distributed within 2 minutes, and the temperature of all parts in the emulsion is the same, so as to prevent the emulsion from being mixed

5,Compressor unit: American scroll compressor, equipped with high-pressure and low-pressure pressure pressure fault protection and motor overload protection device, can be started manually, and the program automatically controls the unit according to the set milk temperature

6,Evaporator: it adopts international advanced high and low temperature double zone evaporation plate, with low bottom temperature and high side temperature, which can effectively prevent local freezing of milk liquid and fat separation, and improve the refrigeration speed.

7,Electrical equipment: microcomputer control, automatic operation of milk tank, strong anti-interference ability; can control the working process of cooling tank, including refrigeration, cleaning and mixing; can display the working state, electronic temperature control, digital display error less than 0.5 ℃.
