Q: What is the order procedure?

A: Firstly Let us know your require and we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI with the specification,quotation,shipping fee and delivery time for your confirmation. We will arrange the products for you ASAP once we received the deposit.

Q: How should we pay?

A: Samll amout :100% papal

Large amount: 30%TT deposit,70% balance payment before deliverying the goods.

Q: What shipping method can I choose? And the shipping time of each option?

A: Please check our shipping part ( 5-7 workdays by air, 20 to 30 workdays by sea).

Q: How do you deal with the defective products received by clients ?

A: Replacement. Just need photos or videos from you for our technic department to check the reasons.Then we will replace in next shipment.
