Radiator (engine cooling)
Automobile radiators are constructed of a pair of header tanks, linked by a core with many narrow passage ways, giving a high surface area relative to volume. This core is usually made of stacked
layers of metal sheet, pressed to form channels and soldered or brazed together. For many years
radiators were made from brass or copper cores soldered to brass headers. Modern radiators save
money and weight by using plastic headers and may use aluminium cores. This construction is less
easily repaired than traditional materials.

Kinga Plastic injection workshop
Plastic injection molding workshop, which founded in 2005, specializes in producing variety kinds of plastic
parts. 30 million RMB have been invested for the workshop.
Covering over 3000 square metres, the workshop have series of PD CJ equipments and injection molding
machine with its production ability from 80 tons to 2000 tons. Many kinds of plastics can be processed, the biggest size of which is 2200mm×2200mm.
And now the production capacity is about 150 thousand pieces each month. So far thousands of plastic moulds are being used. In this workshop skilled workers have accumulated
rich experience in the injection molding process and mould installation and commissioning.
