Coupling information:

The hydraulic coupling is mainly composed of a pump wheel, a worm wheel and a rotating inner sleeve. Its working principle is to inject hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil cavity of the half coupling through the oil injection hole, and reach the specified pressure value. The hydraulic oil cavity expands under the action of oil pressure, and makes its inner wall and the half coupling shaft. Tighten, the torque is transmitted between the two half-couplings by friction.
The size of the friction force determines the rated torque that the coupling can transmit: when the actual load is less than the rated torque of the coupling, there is no relative rotation between the two half-couplings and the torque is normally transmitted; when the actual load exceeds the coupling When the rated torque of the coupling overcomes the friction between the two half couplings, they move relative to each other. The high-pressure oil inside leaks out instantly, the hydraulic oil chamber shrinks, the inner wall of the half-coupling is disengaged from the shaft of the half-coupling, and the two half-couplings are idling under the bearing support, thus protecting the equipment.
