Ozone system equipment components
This ozone system consists of air compressor, air purification systems, oxygen concentrator, ozone generator, power supply, high voltage transformers, automatic control protection system.
System technological process
Compressed air from water separator to remove liquids, dust filter roughly clean, refrigeration dryer primary remove water, high efficiency filters remove oil then into the oxygen machine.
The oxygen adsorption tower filled with alumina and molecular sieve. The alumina will adsorbs moisture, carbon dioxide and other gases, and the molecular sieve will adsorbs nitrogen gas. And produce clean oxygen at the top of oxygen adsorption tower, some of this clean oxygen will be served to the ozone generator, and some will be used for regeneration.
The clean oxygen will get through the dust filter come into the ozone generator. After the vacuum regulator valve, then get into the ozone chamber. Gas intake trail have a safety valve, when the system pressure exceeds the design value then open, to ensure the system works safely. The oxygen in the ozone chamber by high frequency and high pressure discharge of electronic circuit generates ozone, and come out from ozone outlet.
The system has built-in water cooling unit can take away the heat during the ozone generator working, the cooling water outlet have a water flow switch , it will alarm if the cooling water no enough.
