The working principle of ice cream machine
First, the raw materials are added to the raw material tank, and then the raw materials are evenly mixed with air under the action of the air slurry pump and transported to the freezing cylinder. The puffed milk slurry is stirred in the freezing cylinder and gradually cooled down while the viscosity increases. When the required viscosity is reached, it is pushed to the outlet under the action of the screw conveyor. When the outlet is opened, the machine squeezes out the finished ice cream.
