Poultry Plucker (also known as poultry defeathering machines or automatic plucking machines) are core auxiliary equipment in poultry slaughtering and processing. They are specifically designed for removing feathers from chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, quails, and other types of poultry after slaughter. They can efficiently remove feathers, fine hairs, sebum, and skin from the surface of the poultry, as well as assist in cleaning surface dirt. They completely replace traditional manual plucking, significantly improve plucking efficiency, and ensure the quality of the poultry. They are essential equipment for modern poultry farming, slaughtering, processing, and food service industries.
The structure of the poultry plucking machine is designed to meet the needs of plucking, with simple and durable core components. It mainly consists of the following parts: a frame, a plucking cylinder (or plucking roller), a plucking turntable, a drive motor, a pulley (or chain drive mechanism), and a waste outlet.
