The YSVC-650 series is a visual alignment automatic PCB router machine equipped with high-speed CCD vision correction technology. Designed for precision and high-capacity PCB board routing operations, this machine is ideal for depaneling mobile phones, GPS devices, PDAs, MODULE components, and other small PCBs. Featuring NAKANISHI Japanese precision spindles (with optional Germany KAVO spindles available), it delivers stress-free cutting with smooth board edges and exceptional precision.

  • Advanced Image-Processing Software: Point-and-click Windows-based operation simplifies programming of cutting paths using CCD camera-captured PCB images, reducing setup time and complexity.
  • Automatic Alignment Compensation: CCD camera reads fiducial marks on PCBs and compensates for variance in relative position of cutting paths.
  • Extended Router Bit Life: Automatic 5-stage depth adjustment extends bit lifespan and reduces replacement time and costs.
