Tool Change Procedure
- Equipment and tool change steps
- Open the equipment tool cover
- Twist the upper cutter fastener and pressure roller fastener with Allen key
- Remove the lamp strip
- Remove the lower cutter and replace the cutter
- Install corresponding specification baffle
- Adjust guide groove and block to ensure alignment
- Install upper cutter and pressure roller
- Cover the knife guard
- Perform test cutting with empty board after installation
